2.3.4 Motion to Recuse or Disqualify

A party will normally request that the chairperson or a member of the board recuses himself or herself in a preliminary motion for one of the reasons set out in s. R. 78 Section 78 of the Regulations or those recognized in administrative law.^{363 Citation 363} The motion aims at ensuring the impartiality of the tribunal and its members.
